Global Warming Tips

Ways to Prevent Global Warming

It has long been believed that the effects of global warming on agriculture and food supply will be positive. This is because the rising level of carbon dioxide as a result of global warming will help the green for photosynthesis. Therefore

will increase agricultural production and food supply. The theory received a boost after the evidence of a sharp increase in production of barley as one of the effects of global warming in Iceland, it was almost impossible even a few years ago.

But more recent experiments and investigations have revealed that the effects of global warming on agriculture and food supply that are not good after all. UNEP 2001 report on global warming projected for the U.S. will have more droughts, floods, landslides and storms.

Winter can be reduced gradually sobered down, while the summer increase in expansion and gravity. Along with this heavy rain, major storms, heavy snowfall, high sea level, increased coastal erosion and other problems that will arise.

Although one effect of global warming, all the food and level of production is assumed that the rise in the U.S., but the Great Plains will experience more droughts as a result of global warming.

Even now, many effects of global warming on agriculture and food supplies have been received. The popular production of maple syrup North East U.S. has been reduced by 10%, moving its production to the area further north, for short and warmer in winter. Moreover

as one of the effects of global warming in the southwest U.S. is suffering a water shortage, which will increase in coming days. The area has become dry any provision of agricultural production with the arrest of a resettlement Dust Bowl of 1930 “by the year 2030 for global warming.

After an IPCC report on global warming, California, snowy Sierra Mountains can reduce in the near future as much as 60-90%. This will create dire water shortage in summer, making the Central Valley area unsuitable for agricultural production to global warming. Colorado State University said that the area will be less productive due to the effects of global warming on agriculture and food supply.

As the effects of global warming, food production is in Florida is going to suffer greatly due to frequent floods and large scale. Also one of the most profitable agricultural products in the U.S. - Corn will suffer a bad state because of the hot and dry atmosphere for global warming.

As another example of the effects of global warming on agriculture and food supply - with the temperature increase of 3 to 11 degrees in this century, the production rate of major crops - rice, corn, wheat, barley, sorghum and soybeans - will be reduced by 3-5% for each percentage point increase in temperature to global warming.

However, these effects of global warming on agriculture and food supply, further attempts were made to adjust the agricultural and food production in accordance with the method of change of atmosphere. Therefore, to combat the effects of global warming, researchers have developed new methods of production with the continuous review models. But it remains the best process possible to reduce the effects of global warming on agriculture and food supply must be established.

Global warming research has become big business worldwide. Each year billions of dollars are spent studying climate change. The United Nations Program for Environment (UNEP), now has an annual budget that has reached more than $ 136 million. The Bush Administration has spent more than thirty billion dollars in federal programs involved in global warming over the past six years. In total, global warming proponents are estimated to have been financed by more than fifty billion dollars over the last decade.

This huge influx of money flowing directly into the pockets of the proponents of man-global warming. It is a river of money that can be turned off only if it is discovered that the man does not cause global warming and climate change is really beyond our control. Indeed, the very people who benefit from the enormous pool of research funding would have to be motivated to turn it off.

The truth is that the target company of the man global warming is increasingly flow of scientific research grants and bureaucratic jobs. The worst man-made global crisis, the better for global warming business. In addition, the media loves stories of fear. This makes the man global warming a big business for television, magazines and books.

Various “experts” in the man-global warming appear regularly on television to remind everyone of the next global climate catastrophe in the next century. Unfortunately, not in the interest of the media to question the man global warming. It is a very good business for them. The fact is that very little coverage in the media is given to research that questions the so-called scientific man-made global warming consensus.

Therefore, it is not surprising that we have not heard much of the media on the recent blockbuster report (December 2007) at the prestigious International Journal of Climatology (Royal Society weather), teachers: David H. Douglass (University of Rochester), Prof. John R. Christy (University of Alabama), Benjamin D. Pearson and S. Fred Singer, professor (University of Virginia). In this report, scientists found that “patterns of temperature changes in the last 30 years in accordance with what greenhouse models predict and can better be explained by natural factors such as solar variability.” They concluded that climate change is “unstoppable” and can not be affected or modified by controlling the emission of greenhouse gases such as CO2, as proposed in current legislation.

Dr. S. Fred Singer, said: “The current warming trend is simply part of a natural cycle of climate warming and cooling that has been seen in ice cores, deep-sea sediments, stalagmites, etc., and published in hundreds of documents peer reviewed journals. “Our research shows that the current increase in atmospheric CO2 has only a small impact on climate change. We must conclude, therefore, that attempts to control CO2 emissions are ineffective and pointless - but very expensive. ”

media has not made us aware that data (2005) NASA’s Mars Global Surveyor and Odyssey missions revealed that the carbon dioxide “ice caps” near Mars’ south pole had been diminishing for three summers in a row. This means that both Earth and Mars have similar degrees of global warming. Of course, the problem for man-global warming crowd is that there are no humans on Mars for them to blame for global warming.

In a story in National Geographic February 2007 Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of space research at St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, according to data from the Mars test is that the current warming of the Earth is being caused by changes in the sun. That reason that “The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both Earth and Mars.”

man-made global warming, we must remind the industry of the tulip bulb mania in Holland in 1636. The history books tell us that in 1593 tulips were brought from Turkey and introduced to the Dutch. The novelty of the new flower was widely sought. After a while, not tulips contracted a deadly virus known as mosaic, which altered because of different colors to appear on the petals. The color patterns came in a wide variety and the increasing popularity of the flower.

The rise in popularity of tulips led to an increase in the price. Soon everyone began to treat tulip bulbs. It became a big business. Finally, things became so crazy that people sell all their property, including their homes and livestock, to buy tulip bulbs. At the time, the consensus expectation was that the tulip bulbs will grow in value forever.

In 1636, tulips were traded on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, which also houses the tulip speculators who had become the principal market for tulip bulbs. The price of a tulip bulb at the height of this mania was $ 76,000. In the next six weeks of tulip bulbs in the value would be reduced to less than a dollar.

Today, the man, global warming is similar to the tulip bulb mania in Holland in 1636. It is an issue that has been hyped into a big business. The absurdity of consensus in the Netherlands in 1636 was that the tulips are so unique that continue to increase in value forever. The current global warming people want us to believe that global warming is controllable and men. There is no conclusive evidence that global warming is man-made and all evidence to the contrary are dismissed and ridiculed. We are told we must act now to save the planet or our world will be lost to a multitude of catastrophic events in the future.

The inconvenient truth of all this is that, like the Holland tulip bulb in 1636, man-made global warming hype has entered the world of the absurd. We think the price of $ 76,000 for a tulip bulb in Holland was silly. But how stupid is when compared with global warming in fashion today? In fact, in the future people look back with humor in a decade when tens of billions of dollars are spent in an attempt to convince society that global warming is man and not a function the sun.

  • In the frantic search for solutions to the crisis of global warming, climate, policy makers and other environmentalists have overlooked a major cause of rising temperatures worldwide, the black soot residue that — covering chimneys and vehicle exhaust obscures. Black carbon soot can be the second largest contributor to global warming with the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide. AccordingStanford environmental engineering professor Mark Z. Jacobson, “Soot or black carbon, can be responsible for 15 to 30 percent of global warming, however, is not even considered in any discussions about controlling climate change. “(” Nature “, ScienceDaily, Feb. 9, 2001). Jacobson also noted that humans produce the majority of soot particles that pollute the atmosphere. Argues that the soot is mainly composed of elemental carbon and 90 percent of what it refers to consumption of fossil fuels (especially coal, diesel fuel, jet fuel, natural gas, kerosene) and wood burning and other biomass. Jacobson also claims that cutting global emissions of soot and control of biomass burning could quell the alarming pace of global warming and reduce our dependence on fuels that produce soot. (Http: / / www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2001/02/010208075206.htm.)

Besides its impact on global warming, soot is bad for your health . The World Health Organization reports that approximately 2.7 million people die each year from air pollution and the reduction of wood and other biomass burning to mitigate global warming and also to save lives and improve health of people.

Other studies have dispelled the myth that burning wood and other biomass is green or carbon neutral “and that fine particles emitted during the combustion process actually accelerate change climate. (both www.burningissues.org “Science” and “Global Warming” headings).

warming effect of black carbon soot is much higher than previously estimated

atmospheric scientist V. Ramanathan of Scripps Institute of Oceanography and University of Iowa chemical engineer Greg Carmichael found that black carbon soot from burning wood and other biomass, cooking with solid fuels and diesel exhaust has a warming effect in the atmosphere three to four times greater than prevailing estimates. (Nature Geoscience 1, 221-227 (March 24, 2008). It is estimated that soot and other forms of black carbon particles can be either 60 percent of current global warming effect of carbon dioxide and its correlation with the results of similar studies from Stanford, Caltech, and NASA.

A simplified explanation for the warming effect is that wood smoke from thin clouds of fine particles. And as total suspended in the air increased, decreased cloud cover, allowing more sunlight to reach the earth. According to Ramanathan, approximately 35 percent of black carbon in the atmosphere comes from China and India. However, per capita emissions of black carbon soot in the United States and some European countries is still comparable to those of Asia. Ramanathan of the research also found that the warming effects of carbon black smog seems to be accelerating the melt of the Himalayan glaciers, leading to early drying of a major source of drinking water for billions of people across Asia.

    The

International Group on Global Climate Change (IGPCC) agreed black carbon soot which is a of the major contributors to global warming

2007 Nobel Winner IGPCC group of about two thousand scientists concluded that black carbon soot has a serious effect global warming. This was significant because it was previously untreated soot as a major contributor to global warming. There was also no amplification of black carbon before heating effect is taken into account when mixed with other aerosols, new secondary fine particles.

Studies of the fine particles of wood smoke in several communities

A study by the EPA cites that “In some quarters, on some days, 90% of particulate pollution is residential wood combustion.” (Jane Koenig and Timothy Larson, an abstract characterization emissions and non cancer respiratory effects of wood smoke, USEPA # 453/R-93-036 DOC ,1-919-541-0888).

A study in two San Jose, California showed that pollution from wood smoke was 4.4 times that of gasoline or diesel fuel for vehicles. ( “Comparison of source apportionments of fine particulate matter in two of San Jose, CA Locations” San Jose Speciation Trends Network).

    next step

Because of the urgency of reducing emissions of carbon black can not be overstated, reduce soot from wood smoke that provide almost immediate benefits in improved weather conditions in the United States. Also, the society and provide immediate health benefits. This would facilitate the political and policy for the mitigation of carbon black.

It is urgent to promote public awareness of the role of wood smoke crucial in global warming to education and policy changes.

  • Today I read an article in the paper. The title read “Doomsday Clock Closer to midnight.” Apparently, a group of scientists in 1945 the creation of this watch to illustrate the imminent nuclear annihilation. At that time his main concern was nuclear war, and midnight symbolizes a widespread nuclear conflict. Moved to 11:55 today. Their concerns have changed, however, more to global warming. The dangers posed by climate change are nearly as serious as those posed by nuclear weapons, they say. I could not help but reflect on how the world seems to know something worrisome on the horizon but do not know exactly what.

As a believer in Jesus, I believe they have an added advantage of knowing exactly what is coming down the pipe for the planet earth. As a matter of fact all that is happening across the planet Earth has prevented some 2 thousand years ago without squinting hard to the Bible. In Matthew chapter 24 and Luke 21 the disciples asked Jesus “what is the sign of His coming would be the end of the age.” Notice I did not say to the world. The world mistakenly believes that Armageddon is the end of the world, but Scripture clearly confirms that it is a time of great tribulation, but also a new start after that. Jesus gave them a list of things to see that signs tell the story. I will try to refer to an obvious 3 here for those who may be making a mockery of biblical prophecy. For all the atheists out there that has the guts to read this.

So what we are seeing lately that everyone can clearly see that the Bible is totally accurate and right on pace.

    # 1 Well in the first instance Jesus said in Matthew you hear of wars and rumors of wars. That “the nation to rise against nation.” If you look at the word in the Greek nation has the word ethnicity. In other words, ethnic against ethnic diversity. Gadzooks! Countless examples of wars and ethnic groups fighting each other in the world at this time. All you have to do is watch the news on Iraq or Iran or some of the wars going on in Yugoslavia, one thing Africa. The time also comes to mind. I am sure you can fill in the blanks here, depending on which war has been followed.

    # 2 also said it would be “famine and earthquakes in various places.” I do not think you have to look really hard at this as a science clearly tells us that more and more earthquakes are happening with increasing intensity in recent years. We are well aware of the famine. Organizations like the vision of the world are constantly educating our televisions us. Even Bono has stepped up to the plate and tried to get rich countries to cancel the debt of poor countries to take a stab at eliminating poverty and hunger.

    # 3 Finally Jesus said that “there will be signs in the sun, the moon and the stars and the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and waves roaring. ” So you’ve seen lately hurricanes. What about the tsunamis. Katrina rings. I live in B.C. Canada and the west coast has a string of storms in a row this winter and a ferocity not seen in the thousand years of power.

So What does all this mean you can have. For the believer, it means Jesus is on the verge of ecstasy in secret outside the judgments that are about to fall on mankind as a result of his rebellion against God and sin. For the unbeliever

means worrying times ahead, as he had never seen before on earth. I suggest to see Israel and the signing of a peace treaty seven years. When this happens the world is exactly that time. 7 years, until Jesus returns to earth to establish his new kingdom. During this period of seven years a series of wars that takes place up to Armageddon, where both the carnage and slaughter scores of blood extending up as high as a horse bridle.

Scary stuff if you are still here! I personally do not think there is anything we can do to solve global warming. But today there is still time to turn from their sin and accept what Jesus did for us on the cross and we see him in heaven.

  • A report of the effects of global warming on public health by WHO, has estimated that about one million fifty thousand deaths each year due to global warming. He further stated that every year five million people suffer from health problems and diseases caused by this global warming. The growing concern over this issue has led many scientists and researchers to take a deeper look and prepare a plan to save human civilization from this attack.

Global warming has caused changes in temperature, flow of the ocean, the sea level, ecosystems, economy, agriculture, industry, settlements and related all of these - health and life. Warmer world, has created the environment for the reproduction and extension of life of the various viruses, bacteria and infectious disease vectors. Little evidence of global warming leaving negative effects on human health -

    - The distribution of vectors of infectious diseases have been altered by global warming.

    - Heat wave caused by global warming are causing deaths.

    - The seasonal distribution of some species of pollen allergens have been altered by global warming.

    - Various extreme conditions of global warming, including drought, heat and cold waves, storms, floods, fire increased the death tolls and injuries and illnesses.

    - Malnutrition and the disorderly development of children are few long-term results of global warming.

    - Global warming will cause increases in malaria, diarrhea, cholera, dengue, encephalitis and other diseases.

    - There will be steady increase in mortality rate due to the ground level ozone related illnesses, as well as cardio respiratory morbidity in high-global warming. Therefore

global warming affect human health in two ways - with extreme weather conditions and with the increase of infectious diseases. IPCC in a study of one of the global warming of the affected area Illionis, Chicago, has provided a report apprehension that by 2020 extreme weather like heat wave will increase the average climate of deaths at 400 and 497 in 2050 to from the current average of 191. European heat wave of 2003 is an example of their seriousness. Heat waves, and even cause cardio-respiratory complications at a high rate of deaths.

The results of poor health due to global warming and infectious diseases are already evident. Houston, as well as many tropical countries are experiencing frequent outbreaks of malaria, dengue, encephalitis and other diseases. Even the colder regions such as Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Queens are severely suffering from malaria since 1990 as a result of global warming. McAllen Texas, also experienced a dengue epidemic in 1995. Florida, New Oreleans, Arizona, Mississippi, Texas, Colorado and California - all are experiencing the epidemic of encephalitis by global warming since 1987. According to the IPCC, 65% of the global population will suffer from increased risk of infectious diseases in the near future. The risk itself will increase by 20%, only as a result of global warming.

face of this impending disaster due to global warming, the need for adequate planning and adaptation to new and changing condition received a new dimension. In addition to the urgent and basic practical adaptation to combat the immediate effects, as a progressive planning and developing methodology, are also needed to address the severity of future conditions resulting from global warming. A participatory approach to the holistic development of human health is expected to sobriety in the effects of global warming on human health to some extent.

  • The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a strong warning that global warming will have “important implications for human health” in the coming decades. The warning came in a report released just days after the agency refused to regulate global warming caused by greenhouse gases as pollutants under the Clean Air Act.

“Today is a typical example of climate change on schizophrenia in the Bush administration,” said U.S. Rep. Edward J. Markey, chairman of the House Select Committee on energy independence and global warming. “On the one hand, government scientists are saying that global warming poses serious threats to our health and wellbeing, and on the other hand, [there is] the White House are” hacks “because of the politics of oil industry bidding to do nothing. ”

The EPA report warns that rising temperatures will worsen air quality in cities of the East, and more deaths among the elderly, poor and inhabitants of the city center during future heat waves .

“It will be hotter, but it will be hotter in the years before it was in the past,” said co-author Kristie Ebi. Young people now living near Washington, “[are] going to look back and think about how summer used to be nice,” he said. “Within 20, 30 years, on average, the [public] should be noted that it is warmer.”

Global warming is also likely to lead to more frequent and powerful hurricanes, declining water supplies in the West, the loss of coastal land to rising sea levels and storm surges, and more rapid spread of food and waterborne diseases.

According to former EPA deputy associate administrator, K. Jason Burnett, the president’s deputy chief of staff of the policy originally approved a decision by the EPA to regulate emissions of greenhouse gases as air pollutants, a move supported by several cabinet members and senior management. Before the decision could become official, however, the White House banned the action from the EPA.

  • People worry, some worry about how to pay their bills and others may worry about losing your job, these are common fears that have existed for centuries and will likely continue to afflict mankind for many more, but in recent decades the number of people who care about things has been a dramatic increase in the rate and shows no signs of slowing.

worrying can affect your health in many ways to alter their hours of sleep or eating habits can also cause concern that some people who abuse alcohol or start taking drugs. Some

we worry about things that really can have an effect on how to pay our bills, for example, if you are concerned about the possibility of paying your bills then you might try to get a second job or cut their expenses would be able to pay the bills, but many people worry about things beyond the control of people, things like terrorism, nuclear proliferation and global warming.

worry about things like global warming achieve anything positive, in fact, at this point have not shown that global warming is real, much less that we, as human beings is caused or likely to affect in any way so why worry.

One very effective way to stop worrying about things beyond your control is to develop a list of fun, a fun list is nothing but what I really want to do things that you can do to keep busy when you start to worry about things like global warming.

Here is an example of a list of fun:

    1. Walk your dog.

    2. Flirt with someone you have a secret crush on.

    3. Play free arcade games.

    4. Go fishing.

    5. Read a book.

    7. Bicycling.

    8. Surf the net.

    9. Exercise.

    10. Clean your house.

Every time you catch worry about things beyond their control should be thinking about your list and pick one and start doing it immediately and keep doing until you forget all about it you were worrying about at first you may have to do this many times a day but should become less and less frequent over time and before you know it you will stop worrying about things beyond their control and you will have a better attitude and hopefully a healthier lifestyle and happier.

So remember the next time you start worrying about something beyond their control, such as global warming or nuclear proliferation to stop and take a deep breath and then do something on your list on the right outside and play some arcade games for free and enjoy rather than worry. If you do you will live a healthier life and happier.

  • Bad weather may be heading our way. Many very smart voices have raised their volume over the number of alarming red flags pointing to an environmental catastrophe in the world comes in a couple of years or decades hence. A voice coming from the sharp mind of James Lovelock is resounding across the world of the media almost every day. His solution: more nuclear reactors online and sequestration of carbon dioxide emissions as quickly as possible.

What is the alternative? Move to the Arctic Circle, where you can enjoy some years with temperatures to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. According to results recently published in the journal Nature. About 55 million years ago, there was something called the Paleocene Eocene Thermal Maximum (PETM). PETM in this phenomenon, the entire Earth is warmed by a gigantic release of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide. Lovelock has insisted that we can see that kind of heat at the end of this century.

Now, another brilliant man, with whom we have many talks this year, has issued a 56 page report, entitled “Investment Implications of an abrupt climate change. “Co-written by Market Strategist Kevin Bambrough and Eric Sprott, CEO and Portfolio Manager of the world famous money management firm that bears his name, presented a convincing argument as to why and how global warming and climate change will dramatically impact our financial world. You are well read.

Make your choice: nuclear energy or Cheap Arctic Land

Besides optioning to buy large tracts of land near the Arctic Circle, as Dr. Lovelock conclusions require us to consider briefly what we can do to protect our finances? Global warming, climate change and an apocalypse before dawn on the horizon are probably too much reality for the here and now. But what will you do ten to thirty years from now? Last week, we interviewed Julian Steyn, author of a better tomorrow, which he co-wrote with U.S. Senator Pete Domenici. A conservative and rational man, even admitted in an email, “I am afraid that I agree with her (of Lovelock) concerns.”

If it is within the logic of statistical analysis presented by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), a rational mind want to start today to protect your finances to ensure the future survival of his family and lineage. Dear scientists have chosen their way through mountains of statistics, graphs and projections about what is happening with melting glaciers, rising temperatures, rising sea levels and so on. They do not like what they see, they are not alone, and the best minds are not endorsing wind farms or solar panels, as the solution. ” They believe that nuclear fission reactors as mandatory, and these are faster online, the less we will have to sweat later (literally).

Eric Sprott and Kevin Bambrough have a possible solution, a convincing argument why we should not fool around now. Do not write the report to alarm and cajole to lynch the next environmentalist or anti-Nuke is which. Messrs. Sprott and Bambrough provided a blueprint of what should be done by governments and decision makers. More importantly, they have given us very provocative tips on how to protect our finances during the crisis brewing.

Remember, not just some meteor hitting the earth (though this may happen, too). Global warming is equivalent to the boiling water on your stove. First, it is heated and then warmer and warmer. Finally, it gets hot. Then the water boils. In other words, the catastrophe of beer for a while, causing political and economic instability, and a host of other ills, probably best described in biblical terms. Most of us, unfortunately, will wait until the next Hurricane Katrina is a few miles down the road before waking.

Through the first half of the report, the authors cover global warming and climate change in almost every way imaginable. Messrs. Sprott and Bambrough find nooks and crannies that may alarm you. Did you know that the world’s largest aquifer, the Ogallala aquifer in the United States, is drying up due to the glaciers, which created this aquifer, are receding? Fresh water is already in short supply one third of the world’s population. We may be surrounded by water, but could lack a glass of cool water to drink. Ask why the Saudis are building desalination plants as fast as they can. Imagine if the dry conditions prevailed through more than 90 percent of the earth’s surface.

What happens when the Earth’s temperature rises? Increasing urbanization, rising GDP and the demand for all the subtleties that come with “civilization” has a price: more CO2 emissions. Mortal CO2 emissions, which raise the temperature of the earth, our air and poison kills our plants (and us), it is very likely to turn this land into a potboiler before the end of the century. Expansion

    need more nuclear uranium

“This is the perfect storm,” said Kevin Bambrough, not as the cliché has been abused into the term, but as an angry voice demanding decision-makers take seriously the gravity of CO2 emissions. “We need more nuclear reactors,” he said. Environmentalist Patrick Moore wrote to the U.S. should invest its energy source of a mixture of 80 percent dependence on fossil fuels, which relies on nuclear power instead of 60 percent of our electricity supply.

former Greenpeace co-founder of the scenario, Bambrough extrapolated the World Nuclear Association (WNA) projections for 2030. Nuclear energy demand is projected to rise from the current 368 GW produced by 441 nuclear reactors worldwide. , Using the premise of Moore’s 60 percent reliance on nuclear weapons, nuclear reactors that produce 18,900 Twh the total energy demand in 2030, the WNA estimates could reach 31,500 TWh. Much more than to produce electricity, Bambrough calculated that in 2030, nearly 2700 nuclear reactors are required worldwide. In considering the “potential” of a 600 percent increase in nuclear reactors online, about 25 years from now, Bambrough also calculated how much uranium would be needed to fuel reactors. According

Bambrough, current global uranium mining production lies in the £ 100 million level. In 2030, nuclear energy expands as Moore insists it should, then the world will require utilities in the order of about 1.3 billion pounds each year. With regard to a combination of global nuclear energy, Bambrough wrote, “The supply of uranium could be the limiting factor anymore.”

This may be the case during a rally at the site of the uranium price. Bambrough wrote, “much higher uranium prices will be necessary to attract capital investment to meet demand growth.” This has already begun, as uranium prices have skyrocketed in the past six years. A long-term uranium recently traded as high as $ 46/pound, exponentially higher than the price of $ 6.40/pound in late 2000. Bambrough is correct in its conclusion. The construction of an underground uranium mine costs much more than they did in the glory days of uranium in the 1950s. Environmental regulations force miners to spend more and take more time in the construction of any uranium production facility, including a COL.

“Marginal mines will be the pricing,” wrote Bambrough. This helps explain why the Sprott Asset Management funds have invested heavily in companies such as Strathmore Minerals (TSX: STM; Other OTC: STHJF), Energy Metals (TSX: EMC) and others. The first time I met with Strathmore Minerals Executive Director, Development Randhawa, in June 2004, said his strategy was to build a reunion held at the price of uranium through the acquisition of properties that were profitable in the sub-$ 20 / level. His strategy has rewarded shareholders and continued to do so with each uptick in the spot uranium price. Bambrough If the conclusion is correct, young developers of uranium could very well become the Internet high-fliers. This conclusion was reached by the writer James boletim dinner last November, and repeated numerous times in several reports by others.

“Great low-cost producers may be able to reap the Middle East as oil profits for decades,” wrote Bambrough. If the difference between production costs and maintains the in situ expansion of uranium, the uranium will hit small businesses is great. These companies, which postponed uranium mining, will be selling their uranium production at the rate of profits to the production or dissemination of ChevronTexaco, ExxonMobil now enjoy.

Rising uranium prices are probably more of an irritation of the merchants of fuel utilities, who are concerned about construction costs. The actual cost of fuel to operate a nuclear power plant on the borders of the absurd. Bambrough wrote in his report, “the cost of fuel (nuclear) are only 4.5 percent of total costs, even with uranium at $ 40 per lb. If uranium rises to $ 100 per pound (150 percent increase), the cost of nuclear energy will only increase by about 6.75 percent. “The fuel costs of coal and gas are 35 and 73 percent respectively. And massive doses of CO2 released into the air.

What else can you do apart from around the world, the unanimous adoption of nuclear power? There may be difficulties ahead. Lovelock told us the problem of CO2 emissions should have been addressed 50 years ago. It takes between 50 and 100 years for one cycle to the atmosphere through emissions.

The Sprott report co-authors concluded that there will be problems in supplying food, water and energy. Problems are expected with the national security, rising grain prices, and investments needed to provide water and energy to those who are not buried ten feet deep in his debt. It is expected a drop in the currency the central banks flood the money system to provide liquidity. And, of course, gold will resume the role it has always had too long of economic calamity.

Is this too much reality for you? Should we wait a while and see what effect? We might not be so lucky. Some experts, such as Chief Claims Strategist of Swiss Re, wrote in a March 2006 CERES report, “Global warming has accelerated from a problem that could affect our grandchildren, to one that could alter the social conditions and economic life. ”

In other words, Messrs. Sprott and Bambrough is correct in its assumptions and conclusions. The time to move is now, not thirty years from now.

For a second opinion before completing this column, we forwarded the Sprott report to David Miller. Takes many hats, including a consultant to the International Atomic Energy Agency, the third-term Wyoming legislator, president of Strathmore Minerals (TSX: STM) and a walking encyclopedia on uranium, geology, nuclear power and politics. He replied bluntly, “The fuel of the 19th century was coal. The fuel of the 20th century was oil. Both have run their course economically. Uranium is on its way to becoming the energy fuel of the 21st century. The crescendo of the countries clamoring for nuclear power has grown stronger each year of this new millennium. “Perhaps we can still see the energy mix Moore come to pass, or at least dramatic growth in the nuclear sector to more closely oriented percent level.

A key question remains unanswered, during our period of two years research on uranium and nuclear energy. Of course, we received a lot of answers, but remain unconvinced. No one has a satisfactory answer to this question: “Will there be sufficient supply of uranium mines and mining output current available to the world’s nuclear reactors to meet the anticipated global demand for electricity? “The word-break in the previous question is” available “. Uranium is everywhere. There are about 1.7 billion pounds of uranium mines in the world of inventories. But will there be enough uranium available to the utilities when the time comes?

If there is, today the spot price of uranium could be comparable to the price of gasoline, about 1965, at some future point.

  • Global Warming Makes Allergies Worse

Global warming … I’m sure there are people out there who do not want to hear something more about it! Right? Global warming is a hot topic at this time for politicians, environmentalists, and who suffer from allergies …? Yeah. As the planet warms, so does our battle against allergies and asthma. In fact, many scientists now recognize the link between global warming and respiratory problems.

What does global warming have to do with allergies? As the planet heats up, in winter seasons short. This means that it extends a warm climate - and allergies. It has been arriving earlier in spring, leading to months of misery for people with airborne allergies. How soon? 10-15 days before in the last three decades alone. And this trend is not expected to stop anytime soon. Thanks to the extension of the seasons, allergies are not only in duration, are increasingly serious, too. The problem is so serious that experts are coding to create new policies and solutions. Even the World Health Organization has commented on the serious health consequences and the pollen season.

There is more carbon dioxide into the air during the allergy season. This is detrimental to those with allergies, because the plants and weeds grow when exposed to more carbon dioxide. A strong sign of a plant is the amount of pollen it produces. And with the levels of pollen in the place, people with allergies are noticing an increase in their symptoms.

If you are a city dweller, you might have an even harder time. Cities act as greenhouses for giant weeds. The press of bodies and buildings trap heat, causing weeds to grow and release of pollen. The large number of people that the release of carbon dioxide from air in the city also encourages the growth of weeds. Research has shown that weeds can grow as big as a city twice its country cousins. To make matters worse, they also produce pollen that cause havoc on allergies. Global Warming

    Bring More Allergens

With warmest events, humid weather - not to mention the increase in floods and storms - the air contains more mold and mildew than ever. This is bad news for allergy sufferers, as these are some of the most common allergens. Asthma is increasing, too, especially among young children living in the city.

Even in the dry season, dust, smog and toxins lurk in the air, making breathing more difficult. But global warming is such a big problem, what allergy sufferers can do to make a living - and breathing - a little easier?

Fortunately, there are many options that do not involve drug therapy (which may have unwanted side effects).

First, take care of their airways. Give good air to breathe by investing in a HEPA filter. Clean all air filters in your home. And do not neglect your car’s air filter if you spend a considerable amount of time behind the wheel. Track alerts for air quality in your area, on days when the allergens are high, stay indoors as much as possible and keep windows closed. On hot days, carry out most of their physical activities in the morning before allergens have the opportunity to flourish in the heat of midday.

Consume foods that help to function properly your airways. This includes things rich in essential fatty acids, such as fish, seeds and nuts. You can also take a good fish oil supplement.

Make your home as allergy free as possible. Carpets attract and trap dust mites and other allergens. The possibility of changing the wood floor to improve your allergy symptoms. Regular cleaning of curtains, carpets and bedding also helps to keep allergies at bay. And do not forget the health benefits of trees and plants hypoallergenic! Will not only improve air quality around your home, they add beauty, too.

It must give one more a higher priority to solve. The scientist of the world now tries to do something but we are very slow. The contamination has made worse with our atmosphere and ozone layer.

The layer that saves to us of harmful rays is almost to break itself and the humanity must do against severe problem of the heating of the planet. Now we tried to understand the heating of the planet considering the astrology. In the first place it would mean that ours rishis has warned to us on KALIYUGA. In kaliyuga, rahu and ketu will be stronger and stronger.

We can see in this was Rahu and Ketu more and more gets to be so long-range that everything is behind money, of energy, sex, bad habbits, scandals and all such things. Corruption, population, contamination, terrorism, wars; the conspiracy everything comes under rule of Rahu. Rahu demonstrates the energy to us of rdx, the bad sudden events in throughout the word.
